On Monday, September 28, 2026 I worked a house in south Suffolk (ZIP 23434). The homeowner had booked by phone three days earlier with five words on the ticket: garage door out of balance. A home inspection report had caught it. Its garage section said the door does not stay open on its own, a balance issue that should be corrected, and a second line flagged a manual slide lock on a door that also runs on a LiftMaster opener.
