Yes: on August 11, 2026 a returning customer in Ford's Colony booked at 10:30 AM, our tech was through the main security gate at 12:08 PM, and his new Chamberlain belt-drive opener was installed, tested and paid for by 3:13 PM.
Here is what the ticket shows, start to finish. The note on the job said one thing: first right turn after the main security gate. The before photos show a ceiling-mounted LiftMaster chain-drive opener with the red emergency release cord hanging down. We wrote the price at 1:30 PM, he approved it, and the old unit came down.
What went up was a Chamberlain belt-drive operator with a 7-foot rail, mounted, wired and safety-tested before we packed up. The invoice has three lines and nothing hidden: installation labor, the Chamberlain belt drive, and a returning-customer discount, landing inside our published new opener install tier of $399 to $799. The estimate and the invoice match to the penny. From the gate to the last photo, the tech was on site about three hours.
